How can we help?

Common questions

Is my Efficio website free, and when would I be charged?

Creating, publishing, and hosting your website is free, with no payment method required. Each newly onboarded site includes ten qualified leads with no expiration date; paid lead capture starts only if you accept an offer at Checkout, and eligible charges apply after your allowance.

How do I edit my website, and will changes go live immediately?

Open Content in your dashboard to edit pages in the live preview, or open your business profile to update contact details, hours, and locations. Content edits and drafts stay separate from your live site until you explicitly publish them, so you can review them first.

Can I use my own domain for my Efficio website?

Yes. Add your domain in site settings and follow the supplied DNS instructions; once verified, your website serves from that domain automatically. You can also publish using your built-in Efficio address, and neither option requires a lead-capture subscription.

What happens when I use all ten included leads?

If you have not completed Checkout, your selected integrated contact options pause after the tenth qualified lead, with no automatic charge. Your website, domain, business details, existing leads, and free external links remain available; you can choose paid continuation through Checkout.

How do I stop lead capture or cancel paid service?

Owners and admins can turn off selected capture options under Business details, but this does not cancel an existing subscription. To cancel paid service, use Manage billing and follow the billing portal’s cancellation controls; cancellation follows your billing terms and does not automatically refund earlier charges or remove usage already incurred.

How can I give a teammate access to my website dashboard?

As an owner or admin, open Users, enter your teammate’s email, choose a role, and send an invitation. Available roles include owner, admin, editor, and viewer; assign them carefully because owners and admins can manage sensitive controls such as billing, publishing, and domains. You can update roles or remove access from the Members list.
